Data protection
We provide external data protection officers and advise on everything that comes with the role — records of processing, processing agreements, data subject requests, personal data breaches. With a named contact and proper deputising.

Artificial intelligence
The AI Regulation does not know an AI officer — but it does know duties that fall directly on providers and deployers. We take on the role that bundles them: external AI officers, with an inventory, role clarification and AI literacy under Art. 4.

Audits and reviews
Does what you have written down survive a review? We audit data protection organisations, individual processing operations and suppliers — conducted by a certified data protection auditor, with a report and prioritised measures. Also as preparation for customer and group audits.
Our services
Training
Awareness and training are required (Art. 39 GDPR), and so are measures supporting AI literacy (Art. 4 AI Regulation) — both demonstrably. We train by audience; digital formats run through cogito.training (opens in a new window).
